Contemplating the Season

Contemplating the Season is a service of word and music that will take place in the Sanctuary of Gayton Road Christian Church on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m This service will feature some of the music of Advent and Christmas along with readings and meditations from Isaiah, the Iona Community and poet, Ann Weems. All of this is designed to give time of meditation and contemplation of the meaning of this season in a pandemic situation. Participating in the service will be Teresa Campbell, David Koerner, readers and Jack Fox, organist/pianist. We will encourage the wearing of masks and social distancing even as we attempt to draw closer to God through Jesus Christ.

We are pleased to announce we have a new pastor-Dr William ‘Bill’ Nieporte.  Bill will be with us on a part time basis and we are excited he is joining us.   Please come visit us once we are able to open our doors again.  Stay safe and watch for our opening.  We miss seeing everyone.
